01 / context
Galileu Saúde positions itself as a healthcare ecosystem, and grows by acquiring other players in the market. That brings strong products into the portfolio — each with its own technology, brand and way of working.
As Product Manager, I coordinated the projects that modernized several of these products and integrated them with one another.
02 / LinconAn AI-first app
We rebuilt the app around an AI-first approach, putting a chat with an artificial intelligence front and center. The goal: resolve more patient needs instantly, while keeping human care for when it matters.
human-assisted interactions, raising operational efficiency
of conversations handled by the AI, from launch to one quarter later — validating the premise of the new app
03 / HealthOSFrom chronic care to city scale
HealthOS is the web system that monitors patients. We refactored it, and its value proposition grew well beyond the original one.
Chronic patients
Follow-up of chronic patients who used Galileu's own app.
Acute care via video
Acute patients can now be seen through video consultations.
Open to other systems
Integrates with third-party systems to follow patients who don't use the original app.
consultations a month for public health network patients, with HealthOS as part of the city's digital health program.
04 / iDunOne medical record, fewer costs
iDun, an occupational health company also acquired by Galileu, had its own electronic health record. We integrated it into HealthOS.
- iDun EHR
- HealthOS
- Smoother acute care
- Lower spend on external EHRs
05 / VigilantesFrom better sleep to mental health
Vigilantes began as a product for people who needed to sleep better. We refreshed its visual identity with a broader positioning around mental health in general, with care journeys for new needs.
06 / what I learned
Healthcare projects have a lot at stake, and operations that run on attention to detail. Every change has to be well planned and well executed, so the people on the front line are never left unsupported.
